We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness through personalized nutrition plans and counseling. You will work closely with patients to assess their nutritional needs and develop tailored meal plans to support their overall well-being.

- Duration: 12 weeks contract
Duties:
- Conduct patient assessments to evaluate their dietary needs and goals
- Develop personalized nutrition plans based on individual health conditions, dietary restrictions, and goals
- Educate patients on proper nutrition, portion control, and healthy eating habits
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to their meal plans as needed
- Provide guidance on tube feeding and ensure proper administration
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
- Utilize health coaching techniques to motivate patients and support behavior change
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify nutritional deficiencies or imbalances
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- 2 years of experience
